en نگاهی به تاثیر ویژگی ها و کاربردهای بلاک چین بر شرکت های مدیریت کشتی فناوری بلاک چین اخیراً در صنعت حمل و نقل پذیرفته شده است و هنوز در مراحل اولیه پذیرش برای اکثر بخش های حمل و نقل است. برای تقویت پذیرش فناوری، شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل باید از تأثیر ویژگی‌های بلاک چین و برنامه‌های کاربردی بر فرآیند کسب‌وکار خود آگاه باشند و بدانند که چگونه می‌توانند کارایی عملیاتی را افزایش دهند. اگرچه مطالعات کمی کاربردهای بلاک چین را در صنعت حمل و نقل مورد بررسی قرار داده اند، اکثر آنها این موضوع را از دیدگاه کلی برای صنعت به طور کلی پوشش می دهند. با این حال، این برنامه‌ها باید از دیدگاه هر ذینفع در صنعت مورد مطالعه قرار گیرند. هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر برنامه‌های بلاک چین بر روی شرکت‌های مدیریت کشتی است. بررسی ادبیات سیستماتیک به عنوان روشی برای شناسایی و تجزیه و تحلیل کار مربوط به کاربردهای بلاک چین در صنعت حمل و نقل استفاده شده است و یافته ها به سه دسته طبقه بندی می شوند. ویژگی های بلاک چین، برنامه های بلاک چین و تاثیر آن بر شرکت های مدیریت کشتی. نتیجه نشان داد که بیشتر مطالعات در این زمینه به فناوری بلاک چین در صنعت حمل و نقل از منظری کلی می پردازد که همه ذینفعان درگیر را پوشش می دهد. در مقابل، این مطالعه به طور خاص به این موضوع از دیدگاه شرکت های مدیریت کشتی می پردازد. یافته های این مقاله نشان می دهد که شرکت های مدیریت کشتی بیشترین بهره را از فناوری بلاک چین در میان ذینفعان زنجیره تامین دارند. تأثیر این فناوری می تواند شفافیت را افزایش دهد، هزینه های مبادله را کاهش دهد، واسطه ها را حذف کند و تقلب را کاهش دهد. برای شرکت‌های مدیریت کشتی، برنامه‌های بلاک چین شامل تبادل اسناد و به‌روزرسانی‌ها، بارنامه الکترونیکی، قراردادهای هوشمند، سوابق تاریخ کشتی، ردیابی محموله و محموله، و دیجیتالی کردن و خودکار کردن اسناد و تراکنش‌های حمل و نقل است. Blockchain techngology has recently started to be adoptedin the shipping industryand is still in the early stage of adoption for most shipping sectors. To boost the technology adoption, shipping companies need to be aware of the impact blockchain characteristics and applications can make on their business process and understand how they can enhance operational efficiency. Eventhough few studies have investigated the blockchain applications in the shipping industry, most of them cover the topic from a general perspective for the industry as a whole. Yet, these applications should be studied from each stakeholder's perspectivein the industry.This paper aims to investigate the impact of blockchain applications on the ship management companies in particular. A systematic literature review has been used as a method to identify and analyze the work related to the blockchain applications in the shipping industry and findings are classified into three categories; blockchain characteristics, blockchainapplications, and impact on ship management companies. The result revealed that most of the studies in this field address the blockchaintechnology in the shipping industry from a general perspective covering all stakeholders involved. In contrast, this study addresses the topic from the perspective of the ship management companies in particular. The finding of this paper indicates that ship management companies are the most beneficiary of the blockchain technology among the supply chain stakeholders. The impact of the technology can enhancetransparency, lower transaction costs, eliminateintermediaries, and reduce fraud.
