Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed consumer behavior analysis and business management by enabling data-driven insights, personalized marketing, and operational efficiency. This review synthesizes recent advancements in AI applications, including machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics, to understand consumer preferences and optimize business strategies. Findings indicate that AI enhances customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and supply chain management, fostering innovative business models and competitive advantages. Ethical considerations, such as data privacy and algorithmic bias, are critically examined, alongside future trends like explainable AI and human-AI collaboration. This study provides a comprehensive overview of AI’s transformative potential, offering insights for researchers and practitioners to navigate its opportunities and challenges.
