Militancy of Host communities has always being a threat to the growth of UAE Oil and Gas Industry. In other to resolve the issue of militancy oil companies engages in corporate social responsibilities to cater for the needs of the people and the environment. The key aim of the proposed research is to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities on corporate performance along with the mediating effect of affective commitment and the moderation effect of work ethics. To address this deficiency in current CSR knowledge and drawing upon contemporary CSR theory, a survey of 381 are employees in department of the productivity in the ADNOC. Smart PLS software was used to test the constructed hypotheses of this research. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between economic responsibilities, environmental responsibilities, philanthropic responsibilities, affective commitment and corporate performance in ADNOC oil and gas in the UAE. There is no relationship between social responsibilities and corporate performance in ADNOC oil and gas in the UAE. Affective commitment mediates the relationship between economic responsibilities, environmental responsibilities, philanthropic responsibilities, and corporate performance in ADNOC oil and gas in the UAE, meanwhile affective commitment does not mediate the relationship between social responsibilities and corporate performance in ADNOC oil and gas in the UAE.The out-comes of this research are very fruitful in clarifying our understandings about the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities on corporate performance, the implementation of Dubai's industrial strategy towards 2050.
